To support both patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease and their families;
To improve the treatment options for ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease;
To improve the provision of social care services for patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease;
To establish contact and cooperate with persons and organisations involved in tackling the issues of patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease locally and abroad;
To disseminate information on medical supplies and products needed to treat ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease as well as to maximise access to these products;
To disseminate knowledge about ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, treatment options, and related issues. Dissemination proceeds through various media channels and by means of publishing relevant literature;
To organise regular monthly meetings with the members of the Association;
To organise joint events and seminars for the members of the Association.
